| Description | Silkies are excellent pets, they have unique fluffy feathers, black skin, 5 toes on each feathered foot, crests and beards! They have a sweet gentle nature but take a bit longer to pick things up than other chickens If random colour is ordered where possible we will try to send as much variety as possible but this is not guaranteed . |

| Delivery | We have 15 collection points including Ivybridge in Devon; Wells in Somerset; Congresbury near Bristol; Porthcawl in South Wales; Cheltenham and Newent in Gloucestershire; Corsham in Wiltshire; Theale in Berkshire; Ware in Hertfordshire, Lewes in East Sussex, Christchurch in West Sussex; Botley in Hampshire, St. Neots in Cambridgeshire/ Bedfordshire and Chessington in Surrey. We generally have collections every 6 weeks from late February until mid September. Private deliveries are only possible for 10 or more birds and subject to route availability. |
| Guarantee | All birds are guaranteed for 7 days from delivery provided they have had access to rehydration solution for that period. We stock ‘Hydrate a Hen’ and ‘Vit a Hen’ for this purpose. |
