Light Sussex is a very attractive medium sized traditional style white bird with black hackle feathers around the neck and on the tail. This is the hybrid version of the Light Sussex which lays smaller slightly darker eggs but more of them, than their pure bred version. The black hackle feathers are also not as well defined as the pure bred version.

Bantam Wyandottes are docile and calm natured birds making them ideal for an domestic environment. The hens are excellent broodies and make good mothers.
